Last updated: 6/13/2025

By registering for, attending, or participating in any live workshop, coaching call, or virtual session (collectively, “Workshops”) hosted by The Impromptu Speakers Academy (“ISA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Recording and Media Use

By attending any ISA Workshop, you acknowledge and agree that the session may be recorded (audio, video, or both) for the purposes of:

  • Enhancing our services and educational content

  • Training and internal quality review

  • Marketing or promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and course previews

You grant ISA a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, assignable, and sub-licensable license to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and any contributions you make during the workshop (including spoken or written comments) for any lawful purpose, including the promotion and explanation of our services.

If you do not want something to be shared publicly, please do not share it during the workshop. You are responsible for the content you choose to disclose.

2. Feedback and Testimonials

If you provide written or verbal feedback, testimonials, or comments to ISA, whether voluntarily or through a feedback request, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and publish those statements for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, without further permission or compensation.

3. Personal Responsibility and Conduct

You are responsible for your own participation and engagement. You agree not to:

  • Record any portion of the workshop without prior written consent

  • Share any confidential or proprietary materials from ISA publicly

  • Disrupt the learning environment or the experience of other participants

ISA reserves the right to remove any participant from a session without refund if they engage in behavior that is disrespectful, abusive, or violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All ISA materials, frameworks, videos, exercises, handouts, and other workshop content are the intellectual property of The Impromptu Speakers Academy. You may use the materials for your own personal learning and development only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of ISA’s content without prior written permission.

5. Refunds and Transfers

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the workshop description or offer terms, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session, you may request access to a recording (if available) or request a one-time transfer to a future workshop, subject to availability.

6. No Guarantees

While we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and training, your outcomes are ultimately your responsibility. We do not guarantee specific results from participation in any ISA Workshop. Your progress will depend on your effort, participation, and application of the material.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISA and its instructors, affiliates, or team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Workshops.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties unrelated to ISA programming.

9. Updates to Terms

ISA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to our website with the effective date. Continued participation in Workshops after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

By registering or attending an ISA Workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
