Over the past several years, I've built a following of 700K+ across YouTube and social media by teaching the communication skills that actually matter in your career. The kind of skills that get you promoted, win you the room, and make people remember you.

The backstory

I studied at MIT Sloan and Stanford, where I learned firsthand how much communication separates good ideas from great outcomes. I watched brilliant people struggle to get their ideas across — and average ideas win simply because they were presented well.

After working in tech at Lucid Software, I started creating content about the speaking and communication skills I was developing. What started as YouTube videos turned into a movement.

What I do now

Today I run Stacking Days — a weekly newsletter read by thousands of professionals who want to communicate more clearly, speak more confidently, and build smarter with AI.

I also created The Impromptu Speakers Academy (ISA), a structured program that helps professionals master the art of thinking on their feet. Because the most important conversations in your career happen without a script.
