[My Founder Story]

Over the past 13 years, my work has always revolved around one thing: communication.

I started as a play-by-play broadcaster while getting a BA in Communication at Stanford. I led partnerships at CBS and the NBA. I built a software company to help people become better speakers. I taught leadership communication to executive MBAs at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

But the turning point came in 2020—when I discovered how much I love teaching others how to speak and write with clarity, especially when the pressure’s on.

Since 2022, I’ve been living a double life.
By day, I lead Business Development at Lucid, where I went from IC to people leader.
By night (and early mornings), I publish daily content to help others master the same communication habits that accelerated my career.

Over the last 2.5 years, I’ve built an audience of 650K+ by sharing actionable tips on impromptu speaking, executive presence, written clarity, and content creation.
But the deeper mission is this:

I want to help ambitious people say what they mean—clearly, confidently, and consistently—so they can create more opportunities in their careers and online.
