Affiliate Policy

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Preston Chin LLC, a single-member LLC existing under the law of the State of Washington, with a principal place of business located at 1535 Bellevue Avenue Seattle, WA 98122 ("Company"), and all affiliates of any products, ("Affiliate"). Both Company and Affiliate are referred to collectively herein as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."

Purpose:

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which Affiliate may market, promote, and sell products or services on behalf of Company and earn commissions on those sales.

Commissions:

1. Rate: Affiliate will earn a commission equal to 33% of the total purchase price for The Speaker Student Masterclass: Impromptu Speaking. Sales must come through via Affiliate's unique referral link.

2. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate on the 1st day of each month for sales made in the preceding month. If a purchase of The Speaker Student Masterclass: Impromptu Speaking is made after 90 days from the date the affiliate link was sent, then no commission will be paid from Company to Affiliate. 

3. Payment Method: Commissions will be paid via PayPal.

Restrictions:

1. Paid Advertisements: Affiliate is expressly prohibited from using any form of paid advertisements to promote their unique referral link. Violation of this term may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

Term and Termination:

1. Term: This Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either Party. 

 2. Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other Party. 

Miscellaneous: 

1. Governing LawThis Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
